Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a rare vascular tumor, affecting the liver, the lungs and the bones most frequently. It has a heterogenous clinical presentation and there is no consensus on optimal treatment. This report aims to present a rare case of a retroperitoneal EHE and to discuss on proper management. (EN)
